Henrik from HEBOproject managed a cutting-edge innovation project within the field of Power2X for my department. This project was the first commercial demonstrator hydrogen project directly connected to a wind turbine and a battery. Current case

Implementation of a project culture in Danish Graphene

HEBOproject is currently implementing a Project Management culture by establishing and leading a PMO function based on HEBOprojects own project management handbook tool. The task includes stage gate processes for project management, product development and Agile technology development.  

The task is also to set up project governance by leading steering committees, ensuring project quality through project reviews prior to gate meeting and ongoing hiring and coaching of project managers. Finally project portfolio and resource management is also part of the assignment. 

HEBOproject is part of the management team representing the PMO function on a weekly basis which is a great way to implement the new methods and tools.
